Graeagle Meadows Golf Course is a Semi-Private, 18-hole golf course in Graeagle, California.
Graeagle Meadows Golf Course first opened for play in 1969. Ellis Van Gorder designed the course.
Set along the middle fork of the Feather River in the high Sierras, Graeagle Golf Course offers golfers a challenging course amidst marveling beauty.
Retaining its true wilderness flavor, the championship golf course in Plumas County is located one hour from the Reno-Tahoe area. Graeagle is 6725 yards of “extreme golf,” with lofty pines, lots of water, and elevated tees.

Pretty flat and wide open on front nine, in the trees some on the back nine. Beautiful area food is pretty good.

I've playe this course several times over several years. This time the course was in the best condition I've ever seen. The greens were beautiful, putted well, worth the trip just for the putting.

This course is tough to judge -- it's in a BEAUTIFUL area and the surroundings are stunning, but the course itself is nothing special. Very flat, very straight, very ordinary. For a better challenge in the area, play Nakoma or Whitehawk.
